No matter how much I hate the fact that the year has come to an end, meaning another year has gone, that also means I'm one year older(*cough cough*), a new year resolution/ a summary of what-I-have-achieved-in-the-year seems to be inevitable.
It helps you to assess how have you lived your life and to drive you to work harder in the following year. But I'm kinda afraid to look back, I know I've not always treated myself fair and right.
So, the new year resolutions first:
It has got to do with health first and something I can do in my everyday life.
- More vege and fruits, less meat.
- More exercise, especially more swimming.
- More reading.
- Have regular sleep.(Lack of sleep makes me dull)
- Less FB. I think I've been doing quite well lately, I've quit all those unmeaningful dogs breading, virtual vege planting, etc.(But that doesn't mean my free time has been utilized well.)
- Less grumpy.
- Less procrastinating.
- Discover more places.
- Trying out more things.(I've got a list on my mind, just that I won't tell before I'm doing them.)
- More cooking? (I can't cook.)
- More importantly, pass ALL my ACCA papers and to graduate.(But it's tough.)
So have I achieved in the year of 2009? (Very embarrassing question to answer.) Nothing big but I'm satisfied with small ones.
- I've told myself to start driving and so I have.
- I wanted to read more and so I have. (Still not enough though)
- I wanted to be able to swim. Now I can swim but very unpracticed.(That's why, swim more this year.)
- er...(*scratch head*)I can play mahjong now, does that count? Not very skillful though.
See, no more! Bah!
And what I hope for this year? I'm not very greedy, I just wanna live my everyday life happily.
- No mean person/black man a.k.a. 小人/xiao ren.
- No biatches.
- No sickness.(including me and all my family and friends.)
Happy new year and have a blissful year ahead everyone!
-xoxo
