Val's 21st birthday!

She held a birthday party at Sri Tiara Service Apartment, Taman Seputeh.

We couldn't help but kept camwhoring in front of the gorgeous view.

I met some of my old college friends there too, such as Lee Jack, Daphne and Yvonne. And Val was my secondary school friend. The world was really small.

Friends

Friends are so precious to me. Whenever I'm down or moody, a little chat with friends always cheer me up.



P/s: What I mean here is REAL friends.

So, this is what friend is all about.

Some friends, you had lost contact with them for awhile, then suddenly, you got a sms from, say her, she doesn't ask whether you are doing well or to ask out to 'yumcha', BUT these people, they are more concern, which I feel very annoyed, on matters like whether you are still going out with the same guy, whether you have fallen out with the guy or whether you have got a new one.

Ok don't tell me 'Maybe she just wanna recommend you a guy if you have none' kinda thing. I'm not sure about the guys but I find girls really like gossip about all these. They really like to 'jaga tepi kain orang'. Why would you want to know all these when you don't even care how is your friend's life, studies and etc.?

So, I reckon they would be happy to hear 'Oh, I've got dumped!', 'Damn, he cheated on a girl with me!', 'There is an accident and I'm getting married soon' sort of answers.

Afterall, these are more interesting topics to bitch around??

Gary's birthday

Today, it's one of my best buddies' birthday...It's not Gary, it's a 'she', she is lovely Yee Man, Happy Birthday!! But I'm not talking about her birthday here. Actually I had just celebrated TYY's (one of my colleagues)birthday yesterday(1st May), but I don't have the pictures right now, so I'll blog about Gary's birthday celebration which was held last month.

So we went celebrated Gary's birthday on..er..wait..it's 13 April 2008(it's been quite some time I nearly forget the exact date), which was three days after his birthday.

As usual, we(Gary, Lee, Siew Fong and bf, CYC and TYY and I) had dinner at some restaurant and this time, it was at Kaki Corner, at Taman Billion. We of course, ate steaks. But this Lee guy was so funny he ordered chicken rice and 'kar farn'. Hello, you were sitting in a steak house can? When we asked why, he said he was simply too hungry..-_-. (Talking about Lee, I haven't seen him for weeks, there's something I wanna gossip about him, tell you secretly, *whisper* I seriously think that he has been kidnapped by some kind of alien, haha.)

Ah Hou Kor went with us, came along with him was his GF and a few of his 'anak angkat' XD. Hou Kor joined us after dinner.

It was their show that night. Hou Kor kept forcing him to drink, and Gary kept pushing that to TYY, haha.

Spelling mistake on the name, it was supposed to be spelt 'Gerrard', the football player.


Guess what we bought for Gary's birthday... I think it's qute common though, if you want something erm..not so ordinary, a bit of prank, a lot of people would have thought of this.

Maybe you have got it right, it's condoms! Ha!

It was Siew Fong who suggested this, since we have bought Lee red underwears with the words 'Gong Hei Fatt Choy' on his birthday, then we could buy condoms this time. Then I remembered seeing these very nice boxes in Watson, I thought they were some kind of candies, then only I realised they were actually condoms in very nice boxes. They come in a lot of colours and patterns. When Siew Fong suggested this, I knew I must buy one of those. They were named 'Love Box'.

No Luck in Friendship

I'm so shocked on how much or how sudden a person could change.

I think it's human nature that one always see ONLY bad things about others.

P/s: Of course I also try to work out what is wrong with my part, maybe I was being reckless as a friend at times that I didn't realise which caused her a resentful person? *shrug*

They are uglier than they were yesterday...

I had always wanted to rectify my teeth since like...as long as I can remember. When I was in secondary school I knew government dental clinic provide this service at much lower price but I didn't know where to find one. But actually I passed by one at kota raya a zillion times when I went for tuition lo. So now I have to pay 10 times the amount to get this done at a private dental clinic. Boohuhu.


Now I have to be very careful when I eat. I can't eat curry because it can dye the rubber in my mouth. They are pink by the way. The nurse there let me chose between 'teeth-colour' and pink. Then I chose pink without thinking twice. My friend said it's a bit too sharp. Haha. The dentise also told me not to bite hard things such as peanuts and if I want to eat apple I have to cut it into smaller pieces. If the metal thingy falls off after the warranty of two weeks, he will charge me RM50 for each metal. If I happen to bite on an apple and Oops! Four metals fall off, that means the I have to pay RM200 as a consequence of eating that so-expensive apple.


And now I can't really bite yet. I heard from my friend, she ate porridge for two weeks after she put on her braces...Because it really hurts to bite.O.0.. Siao. When I'm starving I'll put everything edible into my mouth lo. Even if that means I have to swallow the food without biting. I did this two weeks earlier when the dentist stuffed rubbers in between my teeth. I didn't eat properly for 4 days. It hurt so much to bite so I just swallow without biting much. And I got gastric after that. Probably because the food can't be digested. Hehe.

It hadn't waken up since this morning after it completed it's last job of waking me up this morning.

Ya, RM300 is nothing. But the phone is my aunt's. She let me use it once her hubby brought it back from China. She herself hasn't use it before. And now the phone died while I'm using it. Die lo. And I don't think it can be repaired, who would want to repair this fake phone right?

Im not dead yet

A very tiring day. I'd been sitting in front of my lappy since like this afternoon? It had been over 8 hours lo. What took me so long? (I'm using the desktop now, my laptop's heating, need ingsome rest.)

Well, what else if not assignments ? They come two in a row . One has to be passed up tomorrow, haha. Ya, student like me still like to do homework last minute. Normally Mud(we call each other names, she calls me Shit and I call her Mud) and I will be the ones struggling. After hours of coursework marathon, we finally stopped around 8pm. One is done and ready to be printed and another one can be continued later.

Then Mud gave me a call to confirm some stuff and before she ended the call she said,

Mud: You haven't DIED ar? (Are you still survived from work?)

Me: Not yet la, still alive, haha. How about you? You died already??

Mud: Just half alive, but I feel like dying. T__T

Me: Hahahaha.

Mud: k, that's all. I need to go now.

Me: Don't DIE ar!

Mud: Haha.


So, I'd again survived from tons of work. Hehe.
